
Assessment
Dr. Caldwell specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for ages 7 and up. Whether you're an adult wondering if you're neurodivergent, or a parent concerned about your child's well-being, our goal is to help you gain clarity. Through the testing process, we identify strengths and challenges, empowering individuals to gain self-awareness, understand their experiences at school or work, and move forward with greater authenticity. At the end of testing, you will receive a detailed 10 to 20 page PDF report, which can be used to access accommodations when indicated. Evaluation Process
1. Initial Consultation
Connect with Dr. Caldwell over a free 20 minute call to address any questions or concerns about testing.
4. Testing
Each assessment battery is individually tailored. Testing includes a mix of interactive tasks and computerized measures to capture a well-rounded view. Testing is conducted in person and typically takes 2 to 8 hours. To gain a broader perspective, Dr. Caldwell may also consult with a family member or teacher.
2. Forms
Using a secure client portal, provide a detailed personal history by filling out intake paperwork.
5. Report
Dr. Caldwell creates an in-depth report that synthesizes the testing data and provides personalized recommendations tailored to your profile. If a clinical diagnosis is warranted, it will be included.
3. Clinical Interview
Dr. Caldwell conducts a comprehensive interview to gain a deeper understanding of your personal history and experiences.
6. Feedback
Dr. Caldwell guides you through the test findings in a collaborative session, helping you gain a clear and meaningful understanding of the results. Following this discussion, you will receive a finalized PDF version of your report.
IQ Testing
We offer IQ testing for individuals of all ages, providing insights across multiple areas of learning and cognition. These assessments help identify cognitive strengths and challenges, offering valuable information for personal growth, educational planning, or workplace needs. IQ testing can also support applications to specialized schools, gifted programs, or other academic opportunities. We administer Wechsler Intelligence Tests, recognized as the gold standard in psychological assessment.

Testing is done in person and takes around 2 hours. Results are delivered via a PDF report within 24 hours.
Psychotherapy
Dr. Caldwell provides psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults seeking insight into the roots of their distress. She offers a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever feels relevant, trusting that clarity and relief will emerge. This process leads to a more authentic connection with yourself and others. In sessions, Dr. Caldwell offers a grounded presence and attentive listening, inviting a relationship for healing, connection, and growth. Weekly, 50 minute sessions are recommended.

Dr. Caldwell has clinical expertise in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family dynamics, relationship challenges, self-esteem, infertility, parenting, neurodivergence, and the creative process. She welcomes people who identify as outsiders. She recognizes how cultural lineage shapes our lived experiences and she invites clients to explore facets of their identity like race, class, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexuality. People who identify as LGBTQ+ are welcome here.
