Psychotherapy

Dr. Caldwell provides psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults seeking insight into the roots of their distress. Self-understanding fosters subtle yet meaningful changes in daily life, allowing relief to emerge naturally. She offers a safe and confidential space for you to explore what feels relevant, trusting that clarity will unfold. This process leads to a more authentic connection with yourself and others. In sessions, Dr. Caldwell offers a grounded presence and attentive listening, inviting a relationship for healing and growth. Weekly sessions are recommended, and they can occur in person or virtually. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
